Airstream of Houston Fourth of July Sweepstakes - Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

Airstream of Houston Fourth of July Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Airstream of Houston and its affiliated companies, advertising agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, or child), and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Central Time on July 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on July 6, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

3. How to Enter

A. Automatic Entry with Airstream Purchase

Each customer who purchases a new or used Airstream and takes delivery by July 31, 2026, will be automatically entered into the drawing.

B. Free Alternative Method of Entry

To enter without making a purchase, send a handwritten 3" x 5" postcard with your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to:

Katy, TX 77494 Postmarked no later than July 31, 2026, and received by August 5, 2026.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

4. Prize Structure

A total of two (2) winners will be selected by random drawing and prizes will be distributed as follows:

· Total Prize Pool: $500. Two (2) $250 gas cards.

All prizes will be awarded in the form of a $250 Shell gas card within 30 days of winner verification. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about August 8, 2026, from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email and must respond within 5 business days to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. General Conditions

  • No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted.
  • Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  • By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Airstream of Houston, its affiliates, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or acceptance of any prize.
  • By accepting a prize, winners grant Airstream of Houston the right to use their name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. New Mexico Notice

Residents of New Mexico: No purchase necessary to enter or win. A free method of entry is available. See Section 3 for details.
